Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit or exchange. This is limited to items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition
- Free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or damage
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale and clearance items
- Jewelry
- Accessories
- Hats
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Undergarments and intimate apparel
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
Exchanges
No exchanges are accepted at this time.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless an incorrect or damaged item was received.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Rebels + Roses Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at help@rebelsandrosesboutique.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
How to Start a Return
To request a return for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at help@rebelsandrosesboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Address
Returns should only be sent after receiving return authorization from Rebels + Roses Boutique.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
