Order Fulfillment & Preorders

Many items offered by Rebels & Roses Boutique may be available for preorder. Estimated shipping timeframes for preorder items will be noted in the product description whenever possible.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Please note that preorder arrival dates are estimates and may be subject to delays from manufacturers, suppliers, or shipping carriers.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times begin once an order has shipped:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 Business Days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 Business Days

Domestic Shipping

Rebels & Roses Boutique currently ships within the United States only.

International Shipping

At this time, Rebels & Roses Boutique does not offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address and requires reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Rebels & Roses Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist when possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the package and item(s).

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many of our items are ordered specifically for customers, order cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.
